About Us

Otherlands is our little family-owned brewery & cafe in the Sunnyland neighborhood of Bellingham, Washington. We originally conceived this place as a cottage in the woods called “Chickens As Friends” that brewed only one beer and served food exclusively from our garden. Luckily we decided that a cozy 50-seat cafe built on top of a brewery was a bit more reasonable of a life experiment.

Otherlands Beer is a celebration of easy drinking, thoughtful food, and warm hospitality.
